Procedures

Sagging, assessed across the whole body

Recovery ranges and anesthesia type below are the clinic's general published figures. What applies to you is confirmed at consultation.

Abdominoplasty

Mini, full, diastasis recti, C-section scar

Corrects sagging after childbirth or major weight loss. Mini corrects below the navel only, full extends to the breastbone. Which one fits depends on how far the sagging and any muscle separation extend.

Arm and thigh lift

Bat wings, inner thigh sagging

Tightens loose skin on the arms and inner thighs after weight loss. Incisions sit on the inner surface of each so they stay out of view in normal positions.

Hip lift and hip dip filler

Elasticum thread lift, HA filler

Mild to moderate sagging with skin elasticity remaining is addressed with the Elasticum thread lift. Lack of volume or hip dip is a different problem, addressed with filler.

Approach

Mini or full is not a preference

The same sagging abdomen can have different causes. Whether the sagging and any muscle separation stay below the navel or extend up to the breastbone changes the result completely. Choosing mini by preference alone can leave the upper abdomen loose while the lower abdomen looks tight.

The same logic applies to the hip and breast. Lack of volume and sagging are different problems, and adding volume to a sagging area alone can make it look more stretched. Exam comes before any plan.

What gets checked before surgery

  • ExtentHow far the sagging and any muscle separation reach is confirmed first.
  • Skin elasticityDecides whether liposuction alone is enough or a lift is needed.
  • Prior surgery historyPrevious liposuction changes blood supply and scar tissue, so planning is more conservative.
  • Anesthesia typeSedation or general anesthesia is chosen based on the scope of surgery.

Honest, even with family

A commonly performed surgery is not automatically the right fit. The director states plainly in consultation when a case is one he would not recommend even to a family member, on the principle that finding the right approach the first time matters more than doing a popular one.
